I couldn't connect to the petition through your link - I had to go to the site & do a search. It might be just me ... I've had to do that once or twice before. Anyway, job done; all the best with the petition.
I too struggled to sign - indeed I don't know if I have, it "hung" indefinitely once I hit "sign" after filling in my details. I went to the site - and all I could find was the petition to Reject this clause from WATCH. Don't sign that one...!
