  1. Well breakfast is clearly a moveable feast.

  2. And 'all day' is clearly a flexible concept!

  3. You're being a bit harsh, John. Anyone can serve breakfast at breakfast time. They've just spotted a gap in the market.

  4. £1 for bread and butter? I would expect a whole loaf for that!

  5. "When I say 'all day' I mean 'half a day'", said Humpty, as he was led off to be fried.

  6. In the US we have all night restaurants (e.g. Huddle House, Toddle House, Waffle House) on the motorways that serve breakfast 24 hours a day and seven days a week--sausage, bacon, steak, eggs (any way you like 'em), hashbrowns (with or without onions and melted cheese), toast, hominy grits, and coffee but no baked beans and field mushrooms. The prices were not quite so high. I have not eaten at one lately so the prices may have gone up. As vegan I no longer eat meat, fish, eggs, and dairy products and eat a plant-based diet. It's a lot healthier. Read this article on my blog.
